Hi. As i am a novice in house construction i want to know whether the decreasing prices of pol in pakistan has any direct or indirect affect on the prices of materials used for construction of property. Has any decrease in the cost of construction be seen or expected in the future if prices of pol continue to show a downward trend?
if prices of materials are expected to fall then would it be better to wait rather than constructing now as it maybe favorable in terms of lower cost of construction
