Can someone please let me know the price of 50x90 plot in sector e of Multi Gardens. Please also advise about buying plot in sector e for investment and residential purposes. I'll also appreciate if someone can give the development update in sector e as well.

Price of 50 x 90 plot is around 25 lac if all dues clear. Multi claims that they will start giving possession in end of 2013, development work is fast there but its 6 km from main gate of Multi.
So it will take a little time but not a bad investment.

But does 25 lac include the profit or profit will be on top of 25 lac if all dues are clear.
No, its all dues clear price including profit cost of land and development charges.
