Do you think AWT is a good society? Someone told me there is water shortage in the area around D17/18? Is this true?
please tell me problems and facilities in AWT Islamabad? Is this safe and good investment or not?
Also tell what kind of problems can be in specified areas out side zone 2 like AWT?
I know access is problem is far but it is not in Islamabad boundary?
Also problems infrastructure (water/ sewerage/ Electricity) in AWT?
Please tell me prices of one kanal plot here.

Sir there are no water problem at all these are dealers who not working over there and for investment point of view there are so many good options. if you have some money then my advise to you that not put all eggs on 1 bucket ;) means not invest all money in one plot. Invest in 5-7 Marla sizes plot and 5-10 lac per plot investment and invest in 2-3 different places.some options are:
1- AWT 10 Marla plot range 5-7 lac Future is Interchange and demand is high but plot availability is low
2-E-16 Caninet Division 7 Marla 8-14 lac GT Road main link and Future is Margalla Road
3-RCCI Industrial estate 2-kanal 12-30 lac Future DHA Highway
If your one investment will be good then other will be your profit.
