Please mention is it wapda town lahore or islamabad. I guess you are talking about lahore city. Only then ppl will be able to advise you better.
No idea about wapda town, my suggestion is to go for bahria town phase7 and phase8 rawalpindi if ur investing 8crore, u can get 2commercial plazas with monthly return , u can get resedential plots either in bahria almost 16 ti 17 10 marla plots and can get handsome return withing 2months

Wapda town is wrong place to invest that kind of Money.
Go to any of the bahria sectors and you will make good profit. Wapda town is a NO NO
