I think there is a need of one stop over solution to customer from where they get below services through one window solution :
1- investment proposal/consultancy to buy for getting their dream home
2- step wise consultancy for all possession, transfer, approvals services
3- architecture design services as per customer needs
4- construction services as per quality standards.
I don't know.. For now... But this will be done sooner or later for customers and real estate sector have to attract customer with this vision. This value addition will make customer let go of their worries and brings a lot of improvement in professional behavior of agents, architects & engineers.
We "facility management associates" currently working on the same agenda & trying to aware customers as how they can get peace of mind and trust that is to be build right from making an investment for buying a plot till they step in their dream house!!.
