I would like some inputs in regards to renting out my house in bahria town phase 8.
Is it safe/okay to rent out the property to short term dealers who take's your property from you and then rent it out to others on long or short terms basis. I have a friend dealing with the same guys for over 2 years now and they have no complaints, however i am new to this therefore asking experts advice.
Also what are the standard clause used back in pakistan and bahria between the owner and tenant when renting out the property. Appreciate your assistance. Thanks
