Salaam. I really don’t know where to start and how to search because i live abroad. Zero experience. I want a luxury house in islamabad. If it’s possible i want to build my own private mini gym (attached to house) and have a covered private swimming pool. Is that possible in pakistan (islamabad)?

Bhai with money every thing is possible … Ive seen a house in phase 4 which has a swimming pool but that house is of 2 kanal area
Buy in Gulberg Greens Islamabad, its the near future’s hot thing . Let the telenor HQ start its operations soon then it will sky rocket, still you can get 5 kanals between 3-4 crores on nice location, peanuts keeping in view its location and development

Thanks for advice. I will work on it. At the moment all my savings are gone but soon I can afford 100K - 200K rupees per month In Sha Allah. But mostly they ask an amount for booking and then installment etc. For that you need savings.
