A friend of mine have a little budget of around 15 lacs, and would like to buy plot for residence in bahria town karachi, specifically in precinct 15-b of 125yds, since he want to move there after 3 or 4 years
Advice needed regards:
1) if the land is under litigation or is it clear from supreme court?
2) what is the estimated time for possession availability, since he want to apply possession after 4 years?
3) what should be the estimated price for general plot
