Main attarctive features of the property include the location of this commercial area (i.E. Close proximity to the gt road and expressway) and reasonable prices.

I purchased a shop there a couple of years ago and the value almost doubled so i would say it was a good investment. As you mentioned, it is close to gt road and is facing dha so i can’t think of a better location than that. Good luck
