Roshan Pakistan (E-16 ) has advertised developed plots in today's newspapers.
My mind was stuck with b-17 previously, should i consider E-17 too?
I request syed ibrahim, pk1 and other experts to please advice?

Today Roshan Pakistan advertised on gt road too. B 17 is much better option then Roshan Pakistan.
Some one told me about RP that they acquired some land in recent past will reconfirm that news and will try to update latest info regarding RP as we visited almost 4 weeks ago.

In ad RP wrote developed plots but when i called them, they said possession will be in 2-3 years.
Kindly update further on RP.

RP E-16 is on 3 years installments that’s why they will give possession later.
Roshan Pakistan will give you a reasonable return in about 5 years, while b-17 is likely to give you a good return on investment in a shorter time frame for example less than 2-3 years.
