Could someone please advise me if it will be wise to divest from my Bahria Phase 8 10 Marla plot in E block and buy a 1 Kanal plot in Bahria Karachi. I guess the current market value of my corner boulevard plot is in the range of 55 to 60 lac probably. I have a gut feeling that it may never cross 80 lac in coming 5 years.
