Aoa which of these is a good short term investment:
1) dha rahbar phase 2 10 marla file
2) state life phase 2 1 kanal plot
3) dha phase 9 prism 5 marla plot
4) dha phase 8 z block 5 marla plot
5) dha multan 1 kanal file ( someone recommended me this although i am more interested in lahore )
Please guide me where to invest .

I would also recommend u to invest in dha multan, todays one kanal file rate is 28.75 lacs, in december once this dha multan will b launched the formal price would b 55 lacs per kanal file and in second half of 2016 , once there would b belating for plots , the file price would b around 70 lacs, its an ideal short term investment with best possible return. For investments, cities are not to b seen , opportunities are looked into.
