Stuck in i-12 and e-12, want to take expert advice before new investment.

Hello,

Unfortunately i invested in wrong sectors without taking expert advice on this forum. But for my new venture i require your advise.

I am following up this forum since long time and it's really help full for layman like my self. I have 3 million cash n i can pay 30-50'000 installments per month. I need your expert advice for my investment,

Please suggest if i can have shop, commercial plot or any profitable residential plot?

I will be thank full if i can have contact number with good suggestions.

Emporium Mall in F-10 markaz is good one now adays on 2 years instalments. U can contact 03355063653.what is ur E=12 plot size no etc sms plz

Not sure about I-12, but your E-12 plot can fetch a good price now as it peaked last year. Do you search well, don’t be pushed to a decision, take your time and learn and evaluate all options. Spend good 1 month on research and talk to different people. Never, ever, follow one advice… (we all did once!)

Thanks @Isloo, I am not in hurry to sell I-12 or E-12 but want to make sure that it should not happened again with my new venture. I want to invest 3-3.5 million as down payment and 30,000 instalment per month in shop or commercial plot. But in a secure place.

The best is to start listing down all available options. Let me help you start for shops:

  1. Bahria Ph8 commercials (multiple options)

  2. DHA-II commercials

  3. The Atlantis (F-17)

  4. The Capital Mall (B-17)

  5. Mirak Arcade (B-17)

  6. Bahria Enclave-1 (many options)

Don't go for World Trade Center as this project is also stuck.

Brother go for B-17, Faisal Town (30 X 60) plots or 1 Kanal plot in Commoners Flower Valley (Very nice location next to Bahria Golf city) development underways.
