I am interested in buying land in bahria town purely from an investment point of view. I came to know that supreme court has ordered investigation into bahria town rwp land allotment. Will this affect the prices in bahria town? Will this result in more delays in handing over ownership for in process blocks? Thanks

I feel sorry to write, but it is just another example where corruption got caught red handed but, we as a nation are way too busy in day to day survival that the issue got disappeared in days/weeks/months when a new scandal got broken and people forgot all and moved on, unfortunately.

CDA being an enforcement agency too regularly flashes full page ads in news papers and notices on their website, urging people to stay away from investing in illegal societies. Bahria Enclave is an illegal society as per the by laws of the CDA with no NOC. However, general public still see it as a dream come true to get a 5 Marla plot for 50+ lac in Bahria Enclave!
