C-15 and C-16. If a miracle happens then also E-12 might get developed inshaAllah.

It will be E-12
D-12 and E-12 if D-12 is considered un-developed sector. Atleast, it has not taken its shape and bloomed fully.
What about E-17/16?, G-15, F-17?..
The posh sector will never cross G.T road, I think F-14 will be the next best sector of CDA expected to be launch in 1 to 2 years.
Maximum land for F-14 is clear no huge villages like E-12, G-14
How about I-16 in future?
F-14 sounds nice but if it is realised… 1-2 years is a bit ambitious…
