I was informed by some dealers that some villas which are not ballotted yet are shifted to p23a and files are available for 55 lacs full paid. These are 230 sq yds villas and there is nothing on ground. The dealers say it will be built in 1 year, but not sure what will happen on ground. Kindly advise as i need a house for my family within the next 1-2 years.
