I want to buy a plot in CDA Sector for long term purpose, would prefer installment. Time may be 5 to 10 years. Range two million. Any suggestion? What’s about I-14 or I-16 etc?
DHA valley, Top city, and B-17 are much better options.
But i want a cda sector, why not I-14, 15 or 16?..
I don’t think you all get in I sector in budget n on instalment.if you interested in e16 roshan pak in instalment n old files you can cntct me its CDA sector n in long term will gv u good return.
U will get nothing on installment in CDA proper sectors.
I-14, -16 are not on installments.

I 15 5marla around 35 lac I guess.1 14 7marla around 50 60 lac may be more n I 16 may be around 30 35lac of 7 marla but don't know exact.

Rates you mentioned are on higher side. I-15 only have 5 marla(25x50) plots and rates are from 16 lac to 21 in I-16 30x60 reates should be above 28 I think and in I-14 30x60 rates should be above 36.
It means i can afford a five marla plot in i -15.what ll b the future of this plot after 5 years?

God knows what will happen, but one thing is sure the property value always increases or stays stable and rarely goes down. I-15 rates will surely go up when it will be developed and but when this is big question

Few guys here and also me also looking for investment with same budget as urs. Everyone has his liking and disliking as far as I researched till now. I am in favor of Bahria phase 8 (L,M,N) 25x45 , I-16, DHA phase 2 ex commeners and Gulberg.
