I am overseas pakistani and few years ago i have purchased a 6 marla plot in wazir town and now i am planning to construct my house there i request experts to please shed some light on this i mean what is the current situation of this area current prices ,suitable to construct house now or wait for some more time , your kind help will be really appreciated.

Mr Ali roughly price per marla there is 2 lack per marla.
Behind Gulzar e Quaid their are many small societies it includes in them but the infrastructure of roads and access is very bad
