I need some advice as i'm overseas pakistani and want to buy a plot in islamabad and would like to know what's the best area to buy in. I am thinking of b-17 islamabad, any suggestions anyone?

If you like B-17 then go ahead.Not bad investment and i hope it will rise in near future.
B block is best which is almost populated with CDA tag if you have low budget then E block is good which is developed and in possession.
