I want to buy a house for living purpose in rawalpindi / islamabad ..Budget would be between 1 crore 75 lac to 2 crore.
Sincere advice's would be appreciated from senior members.
It all depend upon the number of factors.
Option 1-
If you want that Islamabad and airport is accessable then areas like g-13 ,G-14 but would be expensive close to airport B-17 might be cheap. but infrastructure will not be that good.
Option 2-
Bahria town phase 1- 8 and DHA you will get best infrastructure in your budget.

Rizwan sb, In this budget, for enjoying best living standards, ur choices should be Dha 2 and Bahria 1 to 6.You can get something in this budget in main Islamabad but in that option, u cannot have luxury living.
