Don't go to DHA phase 2 extension if you like Dha then Dha phase2 is best.In this budget or 3.5 to 4 Million 10 Marla in N or P block is good investment.Allah knows best.

If not dha valley, then what are the best options in 4.5 M?
An agent told me good to invest in valley commercial plot but mostly peoples does not recommend valley. Please if somebody can list down best possible options that will be helpful.
