If you want to invest in Islamabad, any housing scheme on the belt of Islamabad Highway would be a good choice. But based on current market situation and facilities, i would recommend you investing in DHA-Phase 2. It has excellent security and environment and the fact that it is being run under Army officials itself assures investors that there will be no legal issues in this housing scheme. The best feature of DHA-2 is Jacaranda Family Club which is a club with world class facilities like Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, Bowling Area, Cineplex (to be opened soon). But again it will not give you as quick return as 3 months, you will have to wait a little but it will surely give you healthy profit.
3-6 months quick returns= a lottery , and its only your luck ...NO real way any society can jump up down so quickly.NEAR possession areas, but who will give you realistic dates of possession in any society??

FOR 3-6 months whole sale business is favorite , buy in Lahore in bulk and sell in remote districts etc...BUT that needs a lot of experience and salesman mindset.
Invest in DHA Islamabad, it is a secure society for investment. The rates will also not fluctuate as much as Bahria town market.
Go to f16 jkchs as development started recently prices are low it will surely give you huge returns in short term.
