My question to all the respected member of this forum is, why prices are less in e-18 compare to b-17 and f17? Please advise.
E-18 is Gulshan-e-Sehat (developed by Health Employees Cooperative Housing Society) and it is outside Islamabad Capital Territory.
On the other hand B-17 and F-17 are Multi projects (developed by Blue Chip brand - MPCHS) and these are inside Islamabad Capital Territory - Officially Recognised CDA sectors with excellent development standards.

Yes kashif, all CDA sectors ends to number 17, i.e B-17, D-17, E-17, F-17.
After 17 all sectors are called towns. Therefore for F-18 they says it "Faisal Town". And for C-18 they call it "Wapda town". This is official urban town limit of Islamabad, and towns are in rural area of district Islamabad.
@Kashif regarding your question. E18 is dirt cheap compared to anything else in the area - you can find a 1 kanal in 23-30 range which is very decent price in the area. There are also a some houses already, some commercial area.
E-18 management has been slow in making good progress on development. You may relate E-18 with D18 (ECHS) which is directly adjacent to it - and I believe both are connected and have access either way.
In the larger scheme of thing E-18 maybe a reasonable investment mid to long term considering its price and development status (most of the land is acquired and you buy physical plot and not a file). However society has never received much of dealer / investor interest and not many transactions.
One more thing to note is that E-18 does not have a direct link to GT road. There is a service road apparently planned which will reach by side of E-17 but hard to guess by when it will be constructed. You can go through D18 or you can go to Fateh Jang Road and take motorway Tarnol.
E-18 is still easy to reach using Tarnol Interchange on motorway - less than 2 kms after exiting from motorway interchange.
Development standard is low as compared to B-17 and F-17...

Yes, to some extent, being outside Islamabad territorial limits....

just once more query: since new airport is very near and hopefully will be operational next year do you see any price increase by next year in E-18?
Definitely, the opening of airport will affect the area in general, so will be the affects on E-18 as well.
