We are PEC Registered contractors dealing in Design Construction and Consultancy.
Grey structure cost of Basment will be higher due to Raft and Rcc foundation it will cost you around 1450/sft
Grey structure cost of Ground and first floor 1150/sft aprroximately.
Rate can be given after seeing structural drawings This is just for cost estimation.
Turkey with A class finishing materials will be around 2200 to 2600 depending on type of finishing materials you select.

Construction cost depends on map of the building and location. For grey structure cost may be around 1800 to 2000 per square feet because in the grey structure you should not save money. Use good quality brick, high quality steel and good cement. In the finishing phase yours cost may be 1500 to 2000 per square feet. It depends what quality of accessories you use, Here is margin you can use high or low quality to save money, if someone agrees to work on low rates in grey Structure then he must use cheap ways to earn money whose results will appear after 3 years.
