I’m planning to build single storey house in pak arab housing society lahore. Plot size is 45x40. 45 is front and 40 is length. I plan to leave 1.5 marla for garden. What will be the covered area if i build two bedrooms with attached washrooms, drawing dining and kitchen. Will also appreciate if someone could tell what will be construction cost in mentioned area. Thanks in advance.
You can keep open area from front 5' to 7' and then your covered area will be 1480-1600 depends how much you want to get open area from front.
Normally it will be as per society bylaws.
