What the average cost of complete construction of single storey home with covering area 1920 sq ft?

1920*1500: 2880000 or about 30 lacks
Some people are quoting 1500 for gray structure only and 3000 to 3500 with complete finishing, why there is so much confusion on construction cost?

900 To 1300 grey structure 1800 to 2400 finished . Lahore 8 month old construction rate p.s more than 5 builder and more than 3 owners of home told same .

DK - Then what should we consider average price for 1920 Sq. Ft? Can you do the total, it is confusing they way people have put it before. Should i take PKR. 2500 on average per square feet including grey structure & finishing?
Dont be confused and who is telling you Rs.1500/sq ft ask them finishing details and go ahead through them....

It should cost you around 1500 to 1700 per sqaure feet
