Salam all, i have been searching the forum to get an average cost of the basement - but all of the post are going back minimum of 4 years... And suggest p/sq ft of appeox.

In today's market , what is an average p/sq foot cost for the basement. Size you can say approx (28'w * 16'd)... It will have gf + 1f on top of it...
Appreciate to have a price/sq foot , if used for commercial storage reason and if used for domestic reasons

Basement costs strictly depend upon the reinforcements. However just to give an idea you can keep the figure of 2000 rs/sqft in your mind which will include grey structure only.
28 x 16 = 448
448 x 2000 = 896000 Rs

Its depends on structure drawings and can be finalized after reviewing drawings.
For an idea it can be around Rs.1800-2000/sq ft its also depends on the total covered area of basement.
