By brick structure if you means only structure it can be made in Rs.800/sft including labour charges but excluding over heads & contractor's profit

The superstructure cost for 5 Marla double storey will be around Rs.680-700 Sq.ft. If you construct it on your own. Add a 20% to the cost if you hire a contractor.
