1. Labour rate per sq. Foot without material.
2. Bahria fees (when and how much)
3. What is the procedure of bringing own labor in bahria. Is there any noc or security check?
4. I will arrange my own material. Are there any permissions for material supplier vehicles etc?

Labor Rate ranges between 260 to 320 (excluding Elec & Plumber)as per quality
- Bahria fees (when and how much)
Various fee structure as per Plot Size, Phase, Covered area, basement, extra land etc etc.
- What is the procedure of bringing own labor in bahria. Is there any noc or security check?
Must be in possession of valid CNICs
- I will arrange my own material. Are there any permissions for material supplier vehicles etc?

Our rates with material as under:-
125-200 sq yds - GS 1250+ Fin 650=1900 per sq ft
250-400 sq yds - 1200+550=1750 per sq ft
500-1000sq yds - 1150+500=1650 per sq ft
