Harris 4.0 million - 6.0 million is a huge amount if you consider this amount 60+30 plot costs you 9.0 million for 5 marla house isn't that gigantic amount Harris ? If you buy a finished 5 marla house it will cost you maximum 7.0million or 7.5 million you are asking for around 2 million extra my brother calm down ;)..
