I want to construct 10 marla house. Please let me know the cost of grey structure of the only ground floor with material and without material. And what will be the construction rate on turnkey basis? The covered area is about 1800 sqf.

The Grey structure Rate with Material will be around 1350/sft. And with labour rate it will be 350/sft.
Turnkey Rate with A class finishing materials will cost you around 2400/sft. Also depends on you which type of finishing materials you like to used in the house it may Go higher.
