The grey structure would cost you around Rs.325 per sqft. Finishing labour can be discussed separately.

The labor rate for your requirment is :
With basement Rs 320 per sqft
without basement Rs 280 per sqft.
Rough estimate would be around 1200 per sqft for grey structure of basement.
