Asalam-u-allium, i need the approximate construction costs from scratch to finish (not including plot prices) in the following sectors and societies of islamabad. I know it will be slightly different in different areas due to rules and regulations. I’ll really appreciate if you can give me sincere advice that will help me in deciding where to construct my house.
