Kindly inform how much area you want to construct . Also clarify if you are going to build basement or not as basement costs 30 % more than upper floors. However generally below are given costs floor wise;
Basement Structure = Rs. 1400/sft
Ground Floor structure = Rs. 1200/sft
First floor structure = Rs .Rs.1250
3rd & 4th floors structure= Rs. 1300/sft
