This agreement was made on 13-4-2019 for above mentioned work between mr. ……………… herein after called as party a and mr. …………. Herein after called as party b.

Terms & conditions,
• party a will construct grey structure of this house in 6 months period.
• time period will start from the date agreement is signed and contractor is advised to start construction
• the description of grey structure is given in scope of work.
• all work will be done as per drawings and up to satisfaction of party b
• party a will arrange all materials, tools, labour required for construction of this house.
• extra payment will be made to party a if work in addition to drawings is executed.
• party b will provide water & electricity free of cost for construction purpose
• no tax / retention will be deducted from payments.
• party b can cancel this contract if he is not satisfied over progress & quality of works. In case of cancellation work done till the date of cancellation will be measured and paid to party a @ current item rates of the market plus 15% as over heads and contractor’s profit. Party b will also purchase materials available (cement, sand, crush, bricks, steel etc.) at site@ market rate on date of contract cancellation.
• party a can cancel this contract if he is not paid as per payment schedule mutually agreed and made the part of contract. Party b will purchase materials available at site @ current market rate and work done will be paid at current item rates plus 15% as over heads and contractor’s profit. It is more reasonable if both parties initially agree on item rates (masonary, plaster, concreting etc.) at which work done will be paid in case of contract cancellation. It has been found from the survey that 50% construction contracts in pakistan do not mature.
Contract amount,
The grey structure of this house will be completed in lump sum amount of rs.5.7 million
Scope of work,
Party a will do following works according to this contract.
• excavation & back filling
• structure of house (walls, columns, beams, roof slabs, u.G & o.H water tanks, stairs etc.)
• boundary wall as given in drawings
• internal & external plaster of house
• providing & spraying anti-termite
Treatment in foundations and under floors
• lean concrete at ground floor & screed
Concrete on roof slab
• chips on roof
• providing & laying electric conduits in
Roof slab and walls, also back boxes in
Walls
• internal plumbing works (upvc pipe,traps,
Bends , ppr pipes in baths)
• providing & fixing door frames (chokhats)
• laying damp proof course on boundary wall
At dpc level
• applying bitumen coating on outer surfaces
Of underground water tank & septic tank
Plus polythene sheet wrapped all around

• 10 lac will be paid after plaster of ground floor
