Basement starts Rs.1800 to 2000/ sq ft depends on size and design.
For rest Rs.1300-1550/sq ft depends on design and actual site conditions/Soil Test

1070 basement structure cost with material come 1500 sft so total cost is 1605000/=
2602 groud + 1 structure cost with material come 900 sft so total cost is 2341800/=

The cost of basement is higher than the Ground and first floor.
Basement = 1600 sft
Ground and first floor = 1250 to 1350 sft.
Depends on structural drawings.
