I have 30*60 size plot in g-15/1 islamabad and planning to construct a grey structure (two units house on it). Each unit 2 bedrooms with attached baths, two kitchen, dining, lounge, , porch. What is the current square feet rate in g-15/1 islamabad and what will be rough estimate, time frame and cost

Grey structure estimated cost is about 1000 to 1200 rupees per square feet of covered area, highly depending upon floor plan of house. I am unable to understand why each unit have two kitchens. Time frame is about three months. Thanks

I think he means the 2 bedrooms are for each unit, but the kitchens are one for each unit total 2 kitchens.
