It would be appreciating if someone could give me cost/ rate of raw materials nowadays. I need urgent response. It is first time for me to get my house construct. What are the steps starting constructing a house please as plan+passing the map+ demarcation etc. Can anyone tell me the minimum moderate construction budget. Please having no experience, i am in real need.
