What is included in labor contract for house on slab area basis?i.e Bounday wall, bath neem chath, under ground water tank are included in contract?
Only under slab works will be included and over head water tank and under ground water tank will not be inclusive which will be charge separately.

Thank you for your reply. But Underground water tank is of brick work, cement plaster and Chips plaster.Still it is not included in contract?
Beside that what else is inlcuded or excluded in labor contract for brickwork structure?
You can negotiate but it is not in sq ft cost.
All works under slab will be included except Electrical,plumbing and any tile/Marble works. If you include these the price will be change.
