Every area has different rates. Usually a 500 sq Yard home should have lum sum charges of Rs 100,000-150,000/- including pIowa, sewerage, gas piping, geysers fixing and vanities fixing etc. Any civil work included in this should be done by civil work contractor.
You should find a plumber who works in your area as plumber is needed at different intervals and should be available though its not hard and fast rule. Preference should be given to local plumber on distant one if you select between two equals skilled plumbers.
