Area of triangle plot

How to calculate land area of triangle plot?

No idea if it's done differently in Pakistan but Heron's formula is generally used as the best and easiest way to calculate area of a triangular plot, if we know the length of all three sides. The formula is as follows:

Area = square root(s(s-a)(s-b)*(s-c))

where S = (a + b + c)/2

and

a, b, and c are the length of the three sides of the triangle.

Alternatively, this calculator (automatically using Heron's formula) is easier: https://everydaycalculation.com/land-area.php

Real estate experts do correct me if a different formula is used.

Very easy

length 1+length 2 /2=A

width /2=B (YOUR THIRD MEASUREMENT)

AxB=YOUR PLOT SIZE
