Aoa, i am planning to build my house in h-13. Is there any restrictions to approve the architecture and build house in h-13? Your help and advice is most appreciated, thanks.
No restrictions i.E approval of map, covered area, no of stories. Not a residential sector as per master plan of cda. Private parties making plots and selling. This area is at present considered rural area of islamabad. As per zoning and sector regulations construction in h-13, is illegal. People are constructing houses there because location is very good and sector not yet acquired by the cda.

Thanks mian nadeem for answering. What are the future prospects if i build house there and cda aquires the place. Will cda give me money against my house and land. As i heard from people that cda is never (or at least 15-20 years) not going to touch this place. What you say about that? Thanks.
