I am totally new in plot and files etc etc.
Some one suggest me to invest my money in dha 13 5 marla file.
Should i go with it please suggest.
DHA 13 lahore Ex- DHA City is a good investment option. Supreme court has given them a time period of 6 years to complete this project out of which 2 years have been passed & 4 have been left. DHA HAs moved an application in in court to allow them to shift the location as current location is near ravi river & its flood area. It cant be constructed untill Ring road Southern loop 4 is completed. Furthermore they have land there in patches. IF they have to develop there, its value will rise. But if its location is changed, It will be best for the project. Currently it is used as trading file.

Southern Loop 4 is important for this project to avoid flooding at current location.
