What documents are required to convert DHA Islamabad plot certificate into file?

Dear Mr. Zain! Thanks. Still I need more clarification. I have a certficate of DHA phase-2 extension 1 kanal plot. When I go to DHA office to trasfer it at my name and convert into file at my name, what documents, I will require. Do I need to provide agreent with previous owenr from whom I purchsased. As I know bearere of Certficate is the owner of the plot. Is it like this? Only I will present the certficate and my ID card etc. Then It will be trasnfeered at my name.
If it is an open file then I think it would need to be verified before you can transfer into your own name. They will need copies of payments made against the file.
