Yes you can avoid interest(RIBA) by choosing islamic banking. However installments can never be avoided. You have to pay back your loan.

Meezan Bank
Albarka
Bank Alfalah Islamic
Askari Bank Islamic Banking

etc.
Please note that they charge there profit. I think for home financing or purchase of plot Islamic Bank uses "diminishing Musharakah" as an Islamic mode of finance. You can study from internet about this mode of financing, how it is riba free.
