Phase 8 extension is another name for Phase 9.
Valley is much better…but only go for good blocks.
I dont understand what happened to the property market of Rawalpindi/Islamabad, its almost dead whereas Lahore market is performing very well.
Dont know when pindi will rise again
The prices are out of reach of most people, even people from abroad. The situation was different several years ago.
