(Remember we are not talking about high rental only. We must not forget that for example Zone 1 gives you excellent rentals in lakhs of rupees, but the investment is so huge in many crores that perhaps F-7 will not give you the best ROI).

F series sectors r the kings, people receive rental in $$$sss.

Millionsss you are right but prices of these properties are also 10 - 20 crore range. So ROI cannot be exceptional. Plus, in order to get rentals of that sort, you have to do additional expenses to meet international standards.
