I have a commercial plot of 500 sq yard in karachi and i want to built it with a huge plaza i have a permission of 15 floors with 3 parking i don’t have any idea about it can anybody tell me how mich does it cost to build it luxury flats with a+ materials ? And how much the area will expand ? From 1st floor ?

Your construction area can be design upto 400 yards of each floor.total 6000 yards.A grade construction cost is 25 to 30 crores rupees.
Exact estimate is deppends on ground realities and working drawings.
