As per present state of development of sector g-14/1, how much time do you think it will take to take possession of the plots?

Its take too much time to develop but not gave any fixed time
Maybe 15-20 years
If this sub-sector will take so much time, then why the price is not coming down, 25x40 plot at g-14/1, is 25-30lacs, and according to your comments the price should be 12-15 lacs, then why the price is at high end???
