Please guide me about i-15 future
If you are going to buy it for short term, than better stay away as CDA is not going to move in next 3-5 years. If you are looking for a very long term investment than go for it. As its location will be very good and there will be so many high profile societies like taj residencia, CBR, 18, Capital Smart City etc near it. Also ring road will link to GT road through I-15 and I-14 so that will also give it a plus.
Also prices are rising in I-16 and I-14 so its prices will definitely rise once CDA start some movement.
